The June school holidays for local schools are from 25 May to 23 June 2024, while international school summer holidays kick off from the end of June 2024 until the end of August 2024. If you haven’t signed your kiddos up for any awesome summer holiday camps, you better hop to it (check out the early bird discounts!). But what about the rest of the June school holidays? We line up some (ticketed and free) activities and events, plus suggestions of fun kids’ things to do in Singapore!

1. June activities at Tayo Station: Hop on the Tayo Bus!
Little ones love playing at the Tayo Station indoor play with its three-storey Gani’s Playground, ball pool, sensory play at the Hinoki Wood Pit and the star attraction, Tayo’s Road Circuit. From 24 May to 23 June 2024, a one-of-a-kind experience awaits. The “Hop on to Tayo Station” journey includes a ride on a real-life Tayo bus, inspired by the beloved Korean animation series – between Tampines MRT and Tayo Station at Downtown East, sing-alongs to catchy Tayo songs, and educational activities with show characters, Hana/Rookie, where children can learn about the neighbourhood through interactive activity sheets. Plus kids will get a commemorative Tayo Lanyard (worth $6.90) as a keepsake and 20% off Wild Wild Wet admission including access to Marine Marvels Wave Wonder.

2. Korean Festival at Pororo Park Singapore
The Pororo Park Singapore indoor playground at Marina Square is a great spot to let little tykes burn off some energy over the holidays! They’ll love the pretend-play Pororo’s house, obstacle course and the Pororo Express Train. From 8 May until the end of June, Pororo Park will be transformed into a vibrant celebration of Korean culture with traditional games and Hanbok photo booth, promising an unforgettable experience for families and children. There’s also a pop-up Korean Café helmed by Korean chefs from Jeju Island featuring Korean brands Frutrip and Auro, serving delectable eats with vegan-friendly options from gimbap to cream donuts.

3. Minecraft theme at SuperPark
Indoor playground SuperPark is always great for kids all ages, so it’s the perfect spot for siblings over the June school holidays! Superpark consists of two levels of unlimited activities including a popular Pedal Car Track, a tube slide, flying fox, trampolines, archery, plus ball games, Augmented Climbing, and more! For the June school holidays, there’s a Minecraft-themed event with Minecraft airbrush tattoos (Saturdays & Sundays, 1pm – 4pm), Sub Soccer tournaments (Saturdays & Sundays, 1pm – 5pm) with Minecraft-themed prizes from Lego and Mattel and roaming Minecraft characters. 4. Children’s Festival at Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay’s signature Children’s Festival returns for its 10th edition during the June school holidays, this time featuring Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2! The Supertree Grove will be the only place in Southeast Asia where families can enjoy an Inside Out 2-themed outdoor carnival with large-scale installations, and most of the activities are free. 5. Visit an animal farm
We love taking the kiddos to see the friendly goats at the only goat farm in Singapore, Hay Dairies Goat Farm! Visitors can see how the animal farm operates and take a tour around the premises. Try to visit between the hours of 9am to 10:30am so that the kids have an opportunity to view the goat milking session at the milking parlour. Buy some alfalfa hay to feed the goats and pet them. To top it off, you can buy fresh goat milk to take home (available in two flavours, original and chocolate), or sign up for home delivery.

6. Join the Mess-ive Science Party at KidsSTOP™
Looking for educational fun this June school holidays? Take the kids to Science Centre Singapore’s KidsSTOP™ Mess-ive Science Party in celebration of their 10th birthday! Get ready for an extravaganza like no other featuring plenty of sensorial science activities designed to inspire little ones, tap into their curiosity and nurture a love of learning. Kids can dive into the Bakeground foam pit, experiment with giant bubbles and be captivated by magic performances. 7. Take the kids to KidZania
KidZania Singapore is a miniature kids’ city complete with streets, an A&E, police station, fire station, dentist, hospital, bank, radio station and department store. Offering a multitude of kids’ role-playing activities that mimic adult jobs (pilot, firefighter, doctor, shopkeeper, courier delivery), this is a unique, interactive learning experience spread out over two huge floors of indoor air-con space. Currently, this spot is getting very mixed reviews but if you plan to go check out all there is to know about KidZania Singapore including the fluctuating ticket prices, activities, attractions and tips here.

8. Visit the Children’s Museum Singapore
Children’s Museum Singapore is the first museum dedicated to children 12 years and below. With interactive learning experiences, a garden maze and free-to-explore play pod for toddlers, there’s plenty to do for your little ones. This is a safe space for kids to run around and interact with multi-sensory educational toys to teach them about Singapore’s history. Learn more about it here.

9. Have fun at Skyline Luge Singapore
Looking for a bit of thrill during the school hols? Check out the Skyline Luge in Sentosa where there are four purpose-built 2.6-km tracks with hairpin corners, tunnels and plenty of downhill slopes that will take you through the lush rainforest. Kids will absolutely love the Skyride, a four-seater chairlift, boasting stunning views of Singapore’s skyline to get to the top of the circuit. Then hop on the luge, pick out a track and enjoy the drift downslope. Tip: purchase tickets online to skip the ticket queue and hop straight into your luge! You can enjoy this activity during the day or even at night when it’s cooler. Plus bring home the memories with a digital photo or video of your shared bonding experience!

10. Marine Marvels at Downtown East
Check out the new attraction Marine Marvels at Downtown East. This June holiday event is on from May 24 to July 28 and celebrates ocean conservation and adventure combining fun and educational elements. This programme is a platform for education and awareness about marine life and conservation efforts, as human activities continue to threaten the world’s oceans. Look out for four main interactive installations – Wave Wonder Zone at Wild Wild Wet ($21 for children or $29 for adults) featuring Singapore’s longest marine-inspired inflatable obstacle course; Glow Coast Carnival and Neon Playground (first of its kind in SG!) at the Open-Air Carpark; Interactive Educational Installations at Event Square; and Marine Mealtime for milk-bottle feeding koi, just outside WWW’s entrance. 11. Check out The Artground’s new playspace
The Artground is a not-for-profit, accessible art centre and indoor play space for children 7 and under. Besides the free indoor play space which has recently been revamped to a transport theme, The Artground offers a variety of affordable immersive theatre shows and programmes during the June school holidays. Book your playspace spot ahead and bring socks!

12. Children’s Season 2024: Get Curious: All About Play!
For this year’s June holidays and as part of NHB’s Children’s Season 2024, the National Museum of Singapore invites families to play with this year’s theme Get Curious: All About Play! Families will uncover life values and learn more about the museum’s National Collection through interactive installations, drop-in craft activities (many of them free), storytelling, sensory play, an artefact hunt and more. 13. Bouncy fun at Jumptopia Lite @ Marina Square
Kiztopia’s latest installation at Marina Square’s Central Atrium arrives just in time for some bouncy fun this June holidays. Featuring two large inflatables—Bell’s Soya Bliss and Happy’s Whimsical Haven—this pop-up promises endless bouncy fun for the kiddos. More information here.

14. Visit Science Centre for educational fun
Plan a whole morning or even a full day at Science Centre Singapore, exploring different topics from climate change to kinetic forces, all in a kid-friendly, hands-on way. Your kids will be pushing buttons, experimenting with levers and absorbing so much that they won’t even realise they are learning. This edutainment centre brings the amazing world of science alive for kids (and adults!) Highlights include the Omni-Theatre* and for little kids KidsSTOP*.

15. Take the kids wakeboarding
Sporty kids as young as six and teens alike will love wakeboarding around Singapore! Many wakeboarding schools are located at Northshore Drive, where you can wakeboard in the sea, or you can head to Singapore Wake Park at East Coast – the only cable-ski wake park in Singapore. Get pulled along East Coast lagoon by suspended motorised cables – instructors are on hand to help. You’ll need to book your slot well ahead of time as this is one popular school holiday activity for kids!

16. Go on rock climbing adventures
Looking for an extraordinary way to spend the June holidays? Look no further than Outpost Climbing! Our kids absolutely love a day at this amazing rock climbing gym that offers a wide range of challenges suitable for climbers of all ages and skill levels. Because there’s something for little kids and adults Outpost Climbing (previously known as T-Hall) is great for family fun.
