Aura

Situated on the 5^th and 6^th Floor of the recently opened National Gallery, Aura is a very stylish restaurant to visit for any special occasion. Start with a cocktail (happy hour runs 5pm-8pm) in the sky lounge to check out those fab views and to catch the MBS light show, then head downstairs for dinner. Food is sophisticated Italian — tender Grilled Octopus with Crispy Egg and Corn mash, homemade pastas, Wholewheat Stracci with Duck & Foie Gras, and mains of Beef Sirloin Tagliata with Bone Marrow Salad or the Iberico Pork Chop Milanese. We like that there are set menus, too: 3 courses ($35++) for lunch or 4-courses for dinner.
