Brown Butter Cafe at Forum

Brown Butter is a newly opened café at Forum Mall. The sister café to Benjamin Browns, Brown Butter offers healthier dishes all made for the ‘gram. Avocado features heavily; think OTT Avocado Milkshake ($10.90) topped with an avocado filled with ice cream, or Avocado Cheesecake ($8.90) in the cutest cheese slice servings. Baked Avocado Fries ($12.90) and Avocado burgers are on offer, too. For the Avo burger, instead of a bread bun you’ve got two avocado halves sandwiching a small 100gram beef patty with a slice of tomato, onion and cheese – it’s pretty delicious and much more nutrient-dense and plant-focused compared to a regular burger. The café has hugely photographic décor and a flower wall as a photogenic backdrop so gather you’re trigger-happy friends and take some snaps for Instagram.
