Looking for more of a nurturing zen approach to kids activities? Canvass offers a holistic (yoga, art and meditation) 5 day program for 4 to 12 years from 930am to 12pm (with the option to stay for a kids cooking lunch experience until 1pm!). The programme is a fun mix of physical activity – warm-up exercises, connecting with the body and mind, balancing and strengthening exercises, plus music with percussion and dance. Then there’s 15 minutes of Mindfulness (with a little head massage with aroma oils to calm down the senses), snacks and finally an hour of Art – choosing from a huge variety of paints, pastels, clay and sculpture, print-making, and more!
There are also adult and family classes on Meditation, Art, Self-care, Yoga and more.
