Viv’s Schoolhouse

Viv’s Schoolhouse is an international preschool, for children between 18 months to 6 years old where experiential learning is key. Viv’s Schoolhouse’s director, Ms. Vivian Lee, says “Children’s learning experiences can only be anchored in firmly if they are truly involved in a hands-on manner.” The curriculum is designed with the aim of engaging children’s senses as much as possible; you can expect lessons to be filled with novelty, challenges, creative-thinking, as well as experiments. These are all specially curated to allow children to be fully engaged in their everyday learning, build strong foundations in the different learning domains, and encourage critical thinking when it comes to tackling problems. The teacher to student ratio is high here too (1:5 for 18 months- 3 years, 1:8 for 4 year olds and 1:10 for 5 and 6 year olds) so all kids get a chance to be actively involved.
