It’s now confirmed that we’ll have to spend the long Easter 2020 weekend at home. Don’t despair though, we’ve got the lowdown on Easter food, crafts, cute dresses and even online church services.
With new measures announced by the Singapore government just days ago, it will be mandatory that we celebrate Easter 2020 at home (and only with those within our household – *no gatherings* peeps!). So how will you be spending it, mama? We’ve got some fun ideas for yummy Easter takeaway food, Easter crafts and even cute Easter kids’ clothes for the long Good Friday and Easter weekend.

While F&B establishments remain open for takeaways, many restaurants are also moving online to provide delivery services! So if you have a restaurant in mind, check on their social media if they’ll be accepting home orders for the festive weekend. The Singapore Restaurant Rescue Facebook group is also a great resource for finding independent restaurants available for delivery near you.
Some hotels will also be switching from Easter buffets in their restaurants to providing festive takeaways. Check out our guide below for more deets, along with where you can find Easter classics like hot cross buns and chocolate bunnies!
Easter Egg Hunt
Just like our fave egg hunts, but at home! Get the kiddos to paint some eggs in advance (see below) and hide the eggs while they sleep before Easter Sunday! Chocolate as a reward is always very much appreciated, we hear.
If you couldn’t already tell, Easter crafts are some of our favourites! Bunnies, pastel paints, shiny art, colourful eggs… Check out some kid-friendly craft ideas below!
