Heart-stopping acrobatic moves, stunning costumes, slapstick humour… Cirque du Soleil is coming back to Singapore! The new production, KOOZA will blow you away, mama. Look for the signature blue and yellow Big Top on Bayfront Avenue, next to Marina Bay Sands, from 12 July onwards!

Over 7 million people around the world have enjoyed KOOZA since its world première in Montreal in 2007. The name KOOZA comes from the Sanskrit word “Koza” which means “box”, “chest” or “treasure”. An international cast of 50 acrobats, actors, musicians and singers from 19 countries will be performing this thrilling mega-production.

Over 1000 costume pieces and tons of equipment will fit into two Boeing 747s to make their way to Singapore after a stop in Australia.

KOOZA showcases sheer human effort in its rawest and purest form, telling the story of “The Innocent” who represents the child within us all. He takes a journey of self-discovery through a kingdom of eccentric characters, all told in dazzling acrobatic moves. Laugh out loud at the cast’s amusing antics while grooving to a live soundtrack, a fusion of jazz, funk and Bollywood beats!

“KOOZA is about human connection and the world of duality, good and bad. The tone is fun and funny, light and open. The show doesn’t take itself too seriously, but it’s very much about ideas, too” says the show’s writer and director David Shiner.
