The beautiful light-filled sanctuary at Delfi Orchard is a wellness ecosystem of curated services, products and cuisines that reflects COMO Shambhala’s healthy living philosophy. Their suite of holistic wellness services include yoga, coaching, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage and sound therapy.
“The minute I set foot in COMO Shambhala’s Urban Escape (located along Orchard Road), I felt as though I stepped into a sanctuary of peace. The clean and minimal look, relaxing vibe, invigorating signature scent and friendly staff spark so much joy. As a complete wellness junkie, I am super impressed with their in-house experts such as a TCM physician, naturopath, nutritionist, micro-biome expert, life coach, soundscape practitioner, physiotherapist and osteopath who will advise you on the best position (for your spine!) during our many Zoom calls! I am so impressed with COMO’s Pilates and yoga teachers (I adore Pilates guru Ole!), all of whom noticeably have years of knowledge and expertise. My body, mind and spirit truly felt rejuvenated, restored and supercharged after an afternoon at COMO Shambhala’s Urban Escape. I cannot wait to go back!”

Need professional equipment to really get a workout in? Gym equipment rental is becoming increasingly popular in Singapore thanks to stay-home orders and quarantine. Sweat Spot is one of the many gym equipment providers available now, and we love how easy it is to book a bike or exercise bench online (it’s often pretty well-priced too!).
