Naturally Nurtured Australia Produce Now Available at Cold Storage

Healthier, nutritiously rich and free from dangerous chemicals and heavy metals, Naturally Nurtured Australia’s fresh produce is now available at Cold Storage Great World City! The range includes a fresh selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables, grass fed lamb, goat and beef produce, dairy, seafood and bush foods, all flown in weekly from Western Australia. Thanks to sustainable regenerative farming methods where farmers naturally nurture the soil and a pristine landscape, the produce comes out highly nutritious so we can enjoy food that’s tastier, safer and richer. We got to try a basket of the good stuff and we’ll say one thing: you have to try it to experience the freshness! The plums and peaches were delightfully sweet; the Prince of Orange potatoes were perfectly buttery for a weekend shepherd’s pie; crisp, fresh red kale and a large head of cauliflower for everything from stir fries to cauli rice; and of course decently sized avocados with creamy insides that made amazing breakfast platters with some eggs and toast! While Naturally Nurtured Australia can only be found at Cold Storage GWC at the moment, we hear they’ll be available on Shopee and Lazada very soon. So keep your eyes peeled!

Outdoor School Singapore Kids’ Camps

Looking for a kids’ camp that offers lots of interaction with the outdoors? Outdoor School Singapore believes that most learning takes place outside the four walls of a classroom! Their day adventures and camps for children between the ages of 4 and 9 allow little learners to discover nature parks in Singapore while developing ecological awareness, empathy and intelligence, in order to become risk-takers and responsible, resilient citizens. Some of the skills covered during the camps include knot-tying, map-reading and risk management, which are also essential skills in our daily lives. Children will also have the chance to learn about animals, flora and fauna through exciting first-hand experiences at Singapore’s diverse nature reserves and parks. The adventure and day camps are also fuss-free with meals and transport provided. Coming up, they’re offering 3-day holiday camps over the Easter/Spring Break holidays, plus the Survival Series, a 4-week programme that offers a weekly day adventure.

Siblings who sign up together will each receive $30 shopping vouchers! Simply forward your Eventbrite Order Summary to [email protected], and they’ll be in touch with collection details.

The Skincare Clinic’s wet wrap treatment for kids with eczema

Looking for a more effective solution to your little one’s eczema flare-ups? The Skincare Clinic offers wet wrap therapy, which is an eczema treatment that begins with a hydrotherapy spa followed by a massage of emollients over the affected areas before ending off with a wet wrap treatment. It has many benefits, including a decrease in staph bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) found on your skin, and reducing redness and inflammation. The treatment provides a soft layer of protection that locks in moisture and helps to soothe, calm, and rehydrate skin. Most importantly, it increases the effectiveness of topical medications, so that there’s less reliance on steroid creams. The Skincare Clinic operates six days a week from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 6pm, with night clinic appointment slots till 8pm – so helpful for working parents who can’t make it to appointments during the day! Consultations for eczema is $50 and Wet Wrap Therapy starts from $60.
