Stranger Things Encounter: New Pop-up at Bugis+
Discover the Upside Down at Bugis+ with this new pop-up event presented by The Mighty Jaxx Group, in collaboration with Netflix! Stranger Things – The Encounter is a must-visit immersive event for fans of the Stranger Things series. You’ll get to journey through seven iconic locations from the hit show. There are photo ops in every corner (even life-sized structures of Vecna and The Demogorgon!) plus the chance to explore a replica of Starcourt Mall where you can try delicious food and get your hands on event-exclusive merch.

Did you know that Madagascar The Musical is coming to theatres in Singapore in January 2024? Tickets are now on sale so get the kids excited! Watch as Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo plan to escape from their home in New York’s Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of Madagascar. Expect lots of comedy and hit songs – including I Like to Move It, of course!

Singapore Navy Museum Reopens!
Do your kids love learning about ships and naval vessels? The Singapore Navy Museum near Changi Naval Base has reopened! Learn more about the Singapore Navy, and take a closer look at the components from early warships and guns, displays of model submarines and ships of the RSN in a water tank. There’s also an outdoor viewing deck on the second level that provides a wide view of the museum’s outdoor exhibits of old guns and weapon systems from decommissioned ships such as the County-class Landing Ship Tank, Patrol Vessel B-class and Missile Gunboat. There are also models of missiles, torpedoes and guns that are currently in service. Free entry!

Singapore Food Festival: 19-30 July 2023
Singapore Food Festival is back, and this year it’s celebrating its 30th Anniversary! SFF 2023 is set to host the largest Festival Village yet, featuring over 5o hawkers and restaurant vendors, a Sweets Alley dedicated to all things dessert, a collection of cafes, culinary masterclasses, workshops and more. Notable vendors include Dian Lao Er Traditional Claypot Delight, Mr. Popiah, Rumah Makan Minang, The Black Hole Group, Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery, Creamier, R&B Tea and more!

Hopefully you’ve already registered for the General On-Sale on Ticketmaster from 23-28 June and now have the access code to join the General On-Sale on 7 July. If you don’t have an access code, you’ll probably be put on the waitlist. We hear most people have better luck queuing at the SingPost offices for concert tickets, but we’re sure the queues have already formed the night before!
