Big Sister’s Island: Reopens after a revamp
After a three-year wait, Big Sister’s Island finally reopens to the public with brand-new features. This island is Singapore’s first marine park that plays a crucial role in conservation, research and education. Visitors can get up close with nature and a wide variety of marine and terrestrial biodiversity including coral reefs, mangroves and adorable turtle hatchlings.
When you arrive by ferry, you will get to walk across the brand new floating boardwalk and soak in the fresh sea breeze and vitamin D. Check out the lagoon tidal pools where you can take intertidal walks to discover marine life such as Sandfish, Flowercrab and more. Plus, if you enjoy nature walks, you can trek up the new Ocean Network Express Coastal Forest Trail to get a bird’s eye view of this beautiful island.

Singapore Cable Car: Hello Kitty-themed cabins
Celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th celebration with Singapore Cable Car’s garden party-themed cable car cabins. There will be five unique designs, each celebrating the joyful spirit of Hello Kitty with colourful flowers, butterflies, candies, pinwheels and more. Look out for Hello Kitty’s family, Dear Daniel, Mimmy and their parents for a unique Hello Kitty-inspired experience.
When you arrive at Mount Faber Peak, you’ll be greeted by a larger-than-life Hello Kitty sculpture dressed in a classy gold dress to commemorate the golden jubilee. Snap a photo with a new two-metre-tall Hello Kitty figure at the boarding deck, and step into vintage cable car cabins for a nostalgic touch. Plus, kids aged three and under can ride for free!

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic
The wait is finally over! Mark your calendars because Harry Potter: Visions of Magic opens its doors to the public on 22 November 2024 at Resorts World Sentosa! Run For Hope 2024: Raise money for cancer research

National Gallery Singapore: New exhibition by SG’s oldest living artist
Travel back in time with Singapore’s oldest living artist, Lim Tze Peng, at the National Gallery Singapore’s first solo show on this centenarian artist. This new exhibition will feature over 50 artworks curated from Singapore’s public art collection and the 103-year-old artist’s personal art collection. Be captivated by the artistic evolution of this talented artist as you walk through the bilingual exhibition: Becoming Lim Tze Peng.
His artwork features nostalgic scenes of early Singapore including landmarks such as the Singapore River, Kampong Glam and Chinatown. Look out for magnificent landscapes from his art expeditions in Southeast Asia and beyond, plus his distinct style of calligraphy known as “hutuzi”.
